When will I receive my furniture and what will my delivery charges be?
Your delivery charges and times will depend on your location. Here’s how it works:
Kabd Area
Delivery charges: Delivery will be free for orders of KWD 300 or more. You will be charged KWD 25 for orders below that amount.Delivery schedule: Orders will be delivered once a week. You can choose the date from the options available at checkout.
Ahmadi Governorate – Restricted areas
(Including Alzour, Ali Sabha Al Salam, Bnaider Al Shalley, Julaiya Al Shalley, Khairan Al Shalley, Nuwaiseeb, Sabah Al Ahmed, Wafra)Delivery charges: Delivery will be free for orders of KWD 200 or more. You will be charged KWD 20 for orders below that amount.
Delivery schedule: Orders will be delivered once a week. You can choose the date from the options available at checkout.
All other areas
Delivery charges: Delivery will be free for orders of KWD 100 or more. You will be charged KWD 10 for orders below that amount.Your delivery charges will be displayed during the checkout process.

When will I receive my household items and what will my delivery charges be?
Delivery charges: Delivery is free on household orders above KWD 25. If your total order value is less than KWD 25, you will be charged KWD 1.5 for delivery.
Your delivery charges will be displayed during the checkout process.
Delivery schedule: Your orders will be delivered in 6-8 days.

When will I receive my order?
Here's how it works.
Furniture: You’ll be able to schedule the delivery time and date that suits you. You can also opt for our super-fast 2-day Express delivery at an additional cost of KWD 20.
While we try our best to deliver your furniture in the time slot chosen by you, your delivery time may occasionally vary due to factors beyond our control. Please bear with us in these situations.
Household items: Your order will be delivered in 6-8 business days.
During sales and promotional periods, your order may take a little longer to arrive.
Delivery will also take a little longer if it is to one of these areas.

What if I am not at home when my order arrives?
Furniture: If you are not at home, our Customer Service team will email you to schedule a convenient delivery date and time.
Household items: Our delivery partner will call you to reschedule your delivery.
If you miss this delivery, they will make two more attempts.
If you’re still unavailable to receive your order after the third attempt, it’ll be returned to us.

Will I be charged for delivery?
Furniture: It depends on your location:
All areas except Kabd: Delivery is free on orders of KWD 49 or or more. If your total order value is less than KWD 49, you will be charged KWD 10 for delivery.Kabd: Delivery is free on orders of KWD 49 or or more. If your total order value is less than KWD 49, you will be charged KWD 25 for delivery.
If you choose Express delivery for your Home Centre furniture, shipping charges will be KWD 20.
Household items: Delivery is free on household orders above KWD 25. If your total order value is less than KWD 25, you will be charged KWD 1.5 for delivery.There will be an additional service charge of KWD 1 on all Cash on Delivery orders.
